Delete Applications From an iPod Touch - Go to the "Applications" tab on the left iTunes menu bar, which is located in the "Library" section.

Select the application or applications that you wish to delete from your iPod. Use the shift key to select more than one application.
Press the delete key on your keyboard, click "Remove" and then click "Move Files to the Trash."

Attach your iPod Touch to your computer with the iPod USB transfer cable.

When your iPod Touch is done syncing, the deleted applications will no longer appear on your iPod.
