Get More Utility Boxes on an iPod Touch - Press and hold one of the apps until it begins to wiggle.

Drag it across the screen and align it with the second app.
Let go, and tap the title to edit it.

Enter a name into the box that is slightly different from the first folder, for example, "Utilities 2."



Tap "Home" to save.

IOS 4 added the ability to save space by way of "boxes" on your home screen. The Utility box is really just a folder that contains certain utility apps, such as the Clock, Calculator and Calendar. Each folder holds up to 12 apps, which you can zoom in on by tapping the box. Once it is full, you need to create a new folder on the home screen. You can make as many Utility boxes as you want, but you need at least two to add a new folder.
