Manually Sync iPod With Another Computer

Manually Sync iPod With Another Computer - Open iTunes.

Connect the iPod cord to the device and then plug the opposite end of that cord into a USB port on the computer.
Click on the iPod in iTunes listed in the “Devices” category. Tabs will open in iTunes at the top of the media player.

Select the “Summary” tab. The "Options" menu will open inside the middle iTunes window.

Click on the “Manually manage music and videos” option to select that option.

Every iPod sold on the market is originally designed to sync with only one computer. When you attempt to sync your iPod with a different computer, all of the audio and video currently saved on that device could be automatically removed by the iTunes software. In order to prevent this from occurring, you will need to change the saved settings on the iPod so that you can manually control how files are added to and removed from the iPod.
