Put eBooks on an iPod - Open an ebook on your computer, right-click on the text and click "Select All" from the menu that appears.

Right-click click on the now highlighted text and select "Copy" from the menu.
Open a text application such as Microsoft Word or Wordpad and paste the text into the white space. Save the text file.
