Drag and drop the movie file you want into the iTunes library. If the video was purchased from iTunes, it will already be there.
Click on the "Movies" subcategory of your library.
Drag and drop the movie of your choice onto your iPod and wait for it to finish syncing.
Disconnect your iPod.
