Uninstall the iTunes Mobile Device Support Driver



Uninstall the iTunes Mobile Device Support Driver - Click the "Start" menu on the bottom left side of your computer desktop.

Select the "Control Panel" option from the menu.
Select the "Add/Remove Hardware" option from the "Control Panel."

Locate and select the "Apple Mobile Device Support" option from the list.



Click the "Uninstall" option from the top menu of the "Control Panel." Verify the uninstall, then follow the on-screen instructions to complete the removal of the driver.
