Tap the game icon and hold your finger on it. After a few moments, the application icon, along with the rest of the applications, will begin to shake back and forth. An "X" will also appear on each of the icons.
Tap the “X” that appeared on the game. A dialog box will pop up asking you to confirm deletion of the game.
Select “Delete” on the confirmation box to finish deleting the game. Your iPod Touch will take a moment to delete the game.
