Activate Wi-Fi on an iPod Touch Manually

Activate Wi-Fi on an iPod Touch Manually - Tap the "Settings" icon on the iPod touch's main screen.

Tap on the option marked "Wi-Fi."
Tap "On" next to the setting marked "Wi-Fi."

Tap one of the wireless networks that appears in the list to connect to it.

The iPod touch doesn't just provide you with a music library on the go. It also has Internet capabilities. The iPod touch can connect to available wireless Internet connections and surf the Web using the Safari browser included on the device. Usually, Wi-Fi capabilities are enabled automatically. But if your iPod touch's wi-fi is disabled, or you want to activate it manually, you can do so using the Settings window.
