Place the iPod into the cradle of the connect kit. Press the port on the bottom of the iPod firmly into the dock--making a secure connection with the adapter in the cradle of the connect kit. The iPod will light up to confirm proper insertion.
Connect the audio cable between the connect kit cradle and the Bose system. Plug the red and white ends of the audio cable into the red and white "Aux" in ports on the back of the Bose system and insert the opposite end of the cable into the "Audio Out" port on the connect kit cradle. Press the "Aux" button on the Bose system or Bose remote.
Connect the CD changer to the Bose sound system using the audio cable running from the back if you are using a Bose sound system with a Bose CD changer. Plug the red and white RCA audio ends of the audio cable into the red and white "Aux" ports on the back of the Bose sound system.
