Plug the white connector of the stereo cable into the left audio input jack of your TV. The left audio input jack on most TVs is color-coded white to match AV cables.
Insert the connector on the other end of the stereo cable into the line-out port on the top of your iPod Touch. The line-out port of the iPod Touch is where you normally connect the iPod Touch earbuds.
Power on your TV. Turn the volume control all the way down.
Stereo cables allow you to connect your iPod Touch to a TV to listen to music through your television's speakers. You can connect an iPod Touch to any device with RCA jacks. RCA jacks are the audio ports on your TV. Typically, they are color coded red and white. Connecting an iPod Touch to a TV will produce louder audio than will your iPod speakers or earbuds.
