Select the "Bluetooth Transfer" icon at the bottom of your screen and tap the "Find Peer" tab, once both iPod Touch devices are in the Bluetooth fileshare. Add the other user's iPod Touch from the devices list, tap the song from the list of files, and tap "Transfer File." Your iPod should begin downloading the song immediately.
