Install Games on an iPod Nano (4th Gen) - Run iTunes and open the iPod Store from the source panel. Log into your account if neccessary. Notice the first section of the Store on the left has download categories.

Choose "iPod Games." This opens a click-wheel games list.
Click on your desired game, then click the "Buy now" button.

Confirm the purchase on the resulting prompt. ITunes will download the game and charge your account.

Plug your fourth-generation iPod Nano into your computer to sync the game to your device. Use either your USB or FireWire cable.

The fourth generation of the iPod Nano had a taller screen with an added "Shake" feature, which allowed users to physically shake the iPod to shuffle to a new song. And as with the previous generation, the updated model utilized its click wheel to play games. The device can play many games, which are downloaded and synced using iTunes.
