Put Games on an iPod Nano Fourth Generation - Open iTunes on your computer.

Connect the 4G iPod Nano to your computer by plugging one end of the iPod cable into the bottom of your iPod Nano and the other end into your computer's USB port.
Select the "iPod Nano" tab under the Devices section in the iTunes sidebar, and click the "Summary" tab in the main iTunes section.

Click the "Check For Update" button, and select "Update Now" on the dialog box if an update is available. Select the "Games" tab in the main iTunes section, and check the box next to "Sync Games."



Click the circle next to "All Games" or "Selected Games," and check the box next to the games you wish to import if you chose the latter option.

Games are available for the 4G iPod Nano through the iTunes Store. You can sync the games to your iPod Nano via USB cable. To download a game from the iTunes Store you must have an active iTunes account with a credit card, debit card or PayPal account linked to it for media purchases. Apple recommends that before syncing a game to your 4G iPod Nano, you update your iPod Nano's firmware through iTunes.
