Register an iPod Touch Without a Visa Card - Launch the iTunes application. Click on "iTunes Store," and then click "App Store."

Browse through the apps on the right side of the window. Click on any free app to read its description.
Click "Get App." Click on "Create Account" in the window that appears.

Accept the terms and conditions, and click "Continue." Type in your email address and password. Enter a security question and answer, which will be used if you ever forget your password.

This is useful for users who only want to download free apps, games and music or for those who wish to buy downloads using an alternative method of payment.
