Reset a Password for an iPod Nano - Use the click wheel on your iPod Nano to scroll to “Extras” from the main screen.

Press the center button to select the Extras menu.
Scroll down to “Screen Lock” and press the center button.

Enter your current password when your iPod asks you to enter your choice of password. Use the click wheel to scroll through the numbers and the center button to select a number; repeat this to choose the next one, and so on.
