Right-click your within this folder and then hover over "New" on the options menu that appears. Click "New Folder." Type in a name for the folder that will contain the photos you sync to the iPod.
Select the photos you want to sync to your iPod by clicking each photo. Hold down the "CTRL" key to select multiple photos.
Right-click the photos you selected in step 4 and select "Copy."
Users of the iPod Nano, Touch, 5th generation, and Classic can synchronize photos to their device by using Apple's iTunes computer program. In order to correctly synchronize photos to the device, the photos must be in a folder that then copies to the iPod through iTunes. By connecting your iPod to the computer and navigating to the correct options in iTunes, you can sync photos to your iPod.
