add new songs to an iPod Touch without removing old songs - Import your songs from your CD into iTunes. First insert your CD into your computer. A window will pop up. Click on import CD. This will import the songs into the library in iTunes.

Insert the syncing cable into your computer and to your iPod. You will see your device in iTunes once connected.

When I got my iPod Touch, I loaded all my songs into iTunes and then onto the iPod. When I got a new CD, I imported it into iTunes and synced it to my iPod only to find I removed all my songs except the new CD.
