add new songs to an iPod Touch without removing old songs - Import your songs from your CD into iTunes. First insert your CD into your computer. A window will pop up. Click on import CD. This will import the songs into the library in iTunes.

Insert the syncing cable into your computer and to your iPod. You will see your device in iTunes once connected.
Click on the device and make sure you check manually manage music and videos. Go back to your library and click and hold the album or songs you want to sync. Drag it over to where your device is listed and let it go. This should start the syncing process.





When I got my iPod Touch, I loaded all my songs into iTunes and then onto the iPod. When I got a new CD, I imported it into iTunes and synced it to my iPod only to find I removed all my songs except the new CD. It took some trial and error and a lot of time but I found out how to do it. This article will explain how to save time and not remove your songs!
