Open the "Wi-Fi" page. A list of nearby Wi-Fi networks will be displayed.
Tap the small blue arrow to the right of the Wi-Fi network that you want to change in the "Choose your network" list. Details of the network will be displayed.
Tap the "Forget this Network" button at the top of the screen. This will remove any previously entered security details stored in the iPod Touch.
All models of the iPod Touch are equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity that allows the device to use wireless Internet networks. The iPod Touch can connect to open and secured Wi-Fi signals, and it remembers the details of any networks it has previously connected to. If you enter the wrong password when connecting to a secured network, the iPod Touch will still remember the password and attempt to use it whenever it is in range. The password must be manually reset in the iPod's settings to connect properly.
