Open Apple's iTunes.
Click your iPod Nano's name.
Select "Enable Disk Use." Click the "Apply" option in the same window. This enables your iPod Nano to be used as a USB flash drive on your computer or on similar devices like your Xbox 360.
The iPod Nano device from Apple has a special mode that can be unlocked via iTunes that allows you to use the device in much the same way that you would a regular flash drive. The Xbox 360 video game console natively supports the archiving of data to flash drives, which means you can enable the "disk mode" of the Nano and use it to back up your Xbox 360 saved games.
