The iPod Touch is a portable media device that plays a wide variety of audio files. You can add songs onto the iPod Touch by syncing the player with the iTunes software program. If you try to sync the iPod Touch with multiple computers, however, you may lose all of the files saved on the device. Changing how the iPod Touch syncs with iTunes will allow you to safely add songs onto the player without deleting songs currently on the iPod Touch.
