Load Videos onto an iPod Classic - Download and install iTunes if you haven't already. Visit the Resources section to find a download link for the program. After you download the program, follow the on-screen prompts to install it on to your computer.

Plug the USB end of the iPod Classic's USB cable into a USB 2.0 port on your PC. Insert the other end of the connection cable into the slot on the bottom of your iPod. ITunes will launch if it isn't already open.
Select "iPod Classic" in the device list of iTunes.

Click the "Movies" tab.



Select the check box next to "Automatically Include," then click the drop-down arrow next to the same field. Choose "All," "Recent" or "Unwatched" from the list of drop-down options.
