Transfer Movies to iPods

Transfer Movies to iPods - Plug the iPod USB cable into the bottom of your iPod.

Connect the other end of the iPod USB cable into a free port on your Mac or PC computer.
Open the iTunes application by clicking on the Dock icon on a Mac or using the Start menu on a PC.

Go to the "File" menu and select "Add to Library." Navigate to the movie file you want to transfer to your iPod and click "Open."

Click on the movie you just added to iTunes, go to the "Advanced" menu and select "Create iPod or iPhone Version." This will convert the movie file to a format that the iPod can play.

You can add video content to your Apple iPod and watch movies on its screen. Video syncing is controlled by the iTunes application, which then sends the movie files to the iPod's hard drive. The iPod supports a variety of video formats, and iTunes can convert other files that are not supported.
