Fix an iPod Touch Stuck on the Apple Screen



Fix an iPod Touch Stuck on the Apple Screen - Hold down your device's sleep/wake button and the home button simultaneously. The sleep/wake button is located on the top of your device on the right side. The home button is located on the face of your device, centered at the bottom.

Release your fingers from the buttons when the screen goes black and a red slider appears.
Drag the slider from the left to the right of the screen to power off your device.

Turn your device back on.



Connect your device to your computer using the USB cable it came with.

Although the iPod touch has many advanced features not seen on most digital media devices, including access to the Apple App Store and a touchscreen interface, it suffers from occasional glitches. Many of these glitches, including frozen screens, can be repaired by either resetting your device or restoring your software.
