Upload Photos on an iPod

Upload Photos on an iPod - Connect your iPod to your computer using a USB connector. If iTunes doesn't automatically launch when you connect your device, then start the program. Click your iPod's name under the "Devices" option on the left-hand side of the iTunes window.

Click the "Photos" tab on the iPod menu, then select the "Sync photos from" check box. If the checkbox is already selected, leave it alone.
Click the "Choose Folder" option. Locate the folder on your computer that contains the photos you want to upload to your iPod, then click the "Choose" button. The folder you selected will then appear in the drop-down menu.

Click the "All photos and albums" option if you want to upload all the photos in the folder you've chosen to your iPod. Click the "Selected albums" option if you want to add only certain subfolders of photos to your iPod. If you click "Selected albums," iTunes will prompt you to choose the photo albums you want from the subfolders.

Click the "Include full-resolution photos" checkbox to make sure the photos are full resolution when added to your iPod (see References). If you select this option, make sure your iPod has enough space for these larger files.

Uploading pictures to your iPod is easy once you've installed iTunes on your computer. You can even sync your iPod with your computer's photo folder so newly added pictures get uploaded to your iPod. No matter if you have a Mac or a PC, uploading and syncing photos to your iPod is the same. The process for uploading photos is also the same if you have an iPod Nano, iPod Classic or iPod Touch.
