Install Winterboard. This is the program that allows customization of iPod Touch themes. In the Cydia Sections area, open the System Menu and select "Winterboard," "Install," and then "Confirm." When installation is complete, select "Reboot Device."
Launch Winterboard. Your iPod Touch Springboard section will now automatically contain a button to enter the Winterboard app. Winterboard will bring up a selection of base themes and customization options. Explore this section to get a taste of what Winterboard can do for your iPod Touch.
Install more themes. In Cydia's "Sections" area, go to "Planet-iPhones Mods" or another mods and themes directory. This section contains some mods that are for iPhone only, but any mod with "Theme" in the title can be downloaded to your iPod Touch by selecting the theme and pressing "Install". When you next open Winterboard, the theme will be available for applying to your iPod Touch.
