Move Photos from iPod to Computer

Move Photos from iPod to Computer - Connect the iPod to your computer with the included USB dock cable. Your computer launches the AutoPlay window automatically.

Select the "Import Pictures and Videos Using Windows" from the Device Options section of the AutoPlay window.
Enter tags for the photos into the "Tag These Pictures" field of the import dialog window that appears.

Click the "Import" button to upload the pictures to your computer.

With iTunes, you can transfer photos from a folder on your computer to your iPod whenever you sync the mobile device to the PC. While iTunes doesn't support backwards syncing, you can move photos that you've captured or saved on the iPod Touch to your computer using native Windows applications. This will allow you to upload iPod pictures to your Windows Photo Gallery for convenient desktop viewing.
