Play an iPod Through Car Speakers - Ensure that your vehicle's head unit supports AUX out. View your head unit's owner's manual for its specifications.

Purchase an iPod compatible AUX out cable (see Resources).
Plug the AUX cable into your iPod's headphone jack and plug the other end into your head unit.

Turn your head unit to AUX playback mode.



Select a song on your iPod to begin listening to it through your vehicle's speakers.
