Click on “File” in the main control menu at the top of the iTunes interface.
Scroll down to and click on “Add to Library.” Choosing this option will bring up a pop-up window for you to use to find your Rhapsody music on your computer. Often the music is located in the My Music or My Documents folder.
Click on the songs you want to add in the pop-up window. To select multiple songs from the album, hold down the control button on a PC or the apple button on a Mac and click on additional songs.
Although it’s not the method that Apple would recommend for purchasing music for your iPod–it has its own iTunes store for purchasing music–as long as you utilize the iTunes software you can transfer music from Rhapsody to your iPod. Because Rhapsody downloads are MP3s–a format supported by the iPod–you can purchase music through Rhapsody and transfer it as easily as you can your iTunes purchases. An added advantage of Rhapsody is that if you have a paid membership, you can listen to songs before you purchase them, although only songs you’ve purchased can be added to your iPod.
