Recover Bought Apps From an iPod - Plug your iPod into your computer and wait for iTunes to open.

Right-click your iPod in the iTunes Devices list and select "Restore from Backup."
Click "Continue."

Tap "App Store" on your iPod and select the application you want to re-download.



Click "Buy Now."

Lost applications can be recovered by installing the backup versions from iTunes, or they can also be downloaded again for free from the App Store provided you use the same account as for the original purchase.
