Deleting specific content from your iPod is only possible if it's set to manual managing instead of automatic sync. This is an easy process that can be completed from any computer with iTunes. Videos are usually the largest files you'll store on your iPod, and they can fill up the device quickly. Whether it's movies or video podcasts, delete your watched videos from your iPod to clear up space for new ones.
