Look for the image of a large battery on the center of the display. If it is completely green and the word "Charged" appears, your battery has finished charging. If the battery is only partially green or red, charging has not finished.
Touch the top of the screen to hear the iPod Touch's status information, such as battery life. The VoiceOver feature announces how much charge is left in your battery. If it says 100 percent, the battery has finished charging.
The iPod Touch allows you to listen to music, watch movies and television shows, play games, record and edit videos, take photos, read books, send email, browse the Internet and get maps and directions. You're likely to spend hours each day on your iPod Touch, which means you need to know when it's finished charging.
