Troubleshoot an iPod Problem



Troubleshoot an iPod Problem - Toggle the hold switch. By default, it should be in the off position.

Slide the switch to the hold position, then back to the off position.
Press and hold the menu and center buttons at the same time, and wait for the Apple logo to appear. The iPod Nano should start up.

Locate the sleep/wake button on top of the iPod Touch.



Locate the menu button located on the lower front face of the iPod Touch.
