Turn on Bluetooth for an iPod

Turn on Bluetooth for an iPod - Turn on your iPod by pressing the power button.

Scroll to "Settings."
Select "General."

Search for "Bluetooth," and click on it.

Set Bluetooth to "On."

Turn on your iPod Bluetooth and you can do all sorts of things--you can talk on the phone using your iPod speaker, or listen to music from your docking speaker system while your iPod is tucked away in your pocket. Bluetooth technology allows electronic devices to interact with each other remotely. If your iPod model came out prior to 2008, it probably does not have Bluetooth capability and may need a Bluetooth adapter paired with a Bluetooth. Newer models do have this functionality, however, and turning it on couldn't be easier.
