Remove Contacts From an iPod - Using your iPod USB or Firewire connector cable, connect your iPod to your computer.

In iTunes, select your iPod in the left hand window, under devices.
Click on the “Contacts” tab in the main window. It is the second tab from the right.

The first item is “Sync Address Book contacts.” It should currently be selected, so unselect the box beside it.

A dialog box should then pop up asking if you would like iTunes to remove contacts that are already on your iPod. Click the right option that says “Remove Contacts.”
