Delete Songs Off of Your iPod if You Don't Remember Your iTunes Password

Delete Songs Off of Your iPod if You Don't Remember Your iTunes Password - Click the "Start" button on your computer's taskbar, then click "Control Panel."

Double-click "Folder Options" and navigate to the "View" tab.
Place a mark in the box next to "Show Hidden Files and Folders," then press the "OK" button.

Plug your iPod into a USB port on your computer.

Click the "Start" button on your computer's taskbar, then click "Computer." This will list all the computer drives --- including your iPod, which will be listed as removable storage.

If you can't access your iPod music through iTunes, you can still delete songs off of your iPod's hard drive. Because an iPod works as a temporary storage device when you plug it into a computer, you can navigate your iPod like a USB drive, and delete the actual music files from storage. Music folders and files on an iPod are set as invisible by default, so you must first enable the ability to view hidden files on your computer before you can see them.
