Create a Video Playlist on an 80Gb iPod Classic - Download the latest version of iTunes. If you are not sure whether you are running the latest version, click Check for updates from the iTunes menu.

Create a new empty playlist. Do this either by clicking the File tab and selecting New playlist or by clicking the plus icon in the lower left-hand corner.
